Agreement

These terms apply to your use of daclassiclady.com, DaClassicLady's Solo Dolo Car Club, and anything you buy from us. By using the site or taking part in the club, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Drive safely: Solo Together and meet-ups

Solo Together cruise nights are an online community activity. Each member drives on their own, wherever they live, and shares their drive afterward. DaClassicLady doesn't organize, supervise or control anyone's drive, route or vehicle.

• Obey all traffic laws and posted speed limits. The club is about unwinding, not racing.
• Never film, post, text or use your phone while driving. Use a mounted camera, and share your drive after you've parked.
• Make sure your vehicle is safe, insured and legally registered.
• Don't share your home address or real-time location publicly. Post your drive after you've left the spot.
• Meet-ups hosted by members are independent. DaClassicLady doesn't host or supervise them unless we clearly say so. Use good judgment when meeting people from online.

You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own driving, vehicle and conduct.

Membership

Founding membership details and pricing will be posted when membership opens, and they'll form part of these terms. We may remove anyone from the club who harasses others, shares other members' personal information, or promotes unsafe or illegal driving.

Our content and brand

The DaClassicLady name, the Solo Dolo Car Club name, our logo, designs, original photos and writing belong to DaClassicLady. You may share links to our pages and short quotes with credit. You may not copy, sell or put our names or designs on products without our written permission.

Music footage and videos

Our channels feature music history and rare performance footage. Those performances, recordings and songs belong to their artists, labels and other rights holders. We share them for commentary, education and appreciation of music history. Videos shown on this site play from or link to YouTube.

If you own rights to something we've shared and want it credited or removed, email us at the address below with the video link and what you own. We'll respond promptly.

What you send us

If you send us a photo, video, song pick or story, such as a garage feature submission, you confirm it's yours to share and doesn't show anyone's license plate, home or private information without their permission. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, edit and publish it on the site, our channels and in promotion, with credit where practical. You keep ownership, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site or the club. That includes trying to hack or overload the site, scraping it in bulk, posting unlawful or harassing content, pretending to be someone else, or sharing other people's personal information.

Merch and orders

The DaClassicLady shop is not open yet. When it opens, prices, shipping and return details will be posted at checkout, and they form part of these terms. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it in full.

No affiliation

DaClassicLady is an independent creator brand. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube, Instagram, any car maker, record label or artist unless we say so. Other names and trademarks are used only to describe content and belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

We link to YouTube, Instagram and other sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products or policies.

Disclaimer

The site, the club and their content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DaClassicLady is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, accident, damage or loss connected with your driving, your vehicle, or any meet-up. Our total liability for any claim about the site, the club or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where DaClassicLady is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
